Dale Wagler
Dale Wagler was born in 1944, son of Stanley and Ruby (Lebold) Wagler. He grew up on a farm near New Hamburg, Ontario and had one brother and one sister. Deitsch was Dale’s first language. He attended the St. James Public School and graduated from grade 8. Before taking over his family’s dairy farm, Dale worked for several years in tile drainage with his grandfather, Dan Wagler. After the dairy farm was sold, Dale studied at Emmanuel Bible College. After a time in construction, he spent over 18 years in maintenance at Tri County Mennonite Homes. In 2018 Dale and his wife Jean retired to Kitchener. They are members of the Hillcrest Mennonite Church.
