Ralph Wagler
Ralph Wagler was born in 1952, the only child of Eldon and Almeda (Gingerich) Wagler. Ralph was grew up and still occupies the historic Wagler family farm, west of Baden. Deitsch is his first language. He attended the S. S. No. 12, Hostetler’s Public School, and the Waterloo-Oxford High School. In 1973, Ralph married Caroline Kuepfer and they had three sons and one daughter. After farming for many decades, Ralph became a truck driver. Ralph is one of the younger non-Amish fluent speakers of Deitsch. The Waglers are members of the Steinmann Mennonite Church.
